Frequently Asked Questions For Studio Hire

To book the Location, please get in touch with Espero Studio and check your prefered date(s) are available.  

 Then to confirm your booking and hold your hire date/time a deposit is required.  For bookings , the Balance is due on arrival at the beginning of your hire.  

Please note that your booking is unconfirmed until the deposit is paid, which means if may still be booked by others, so don’t delay in paying the deposit as this may lead to you loosing your prefered date/time slot. 

For the deposit we accept payment in cash, bank transfer, paypal, cheque.  

The deposit funds will need to have cleared well in advance of the hire date, the booking is not confirmed until the funds have cleared.   

At the moment we don’t accept card payments at the Studio (but there is a cash machine nearby).

When planning and booking your time remember to include your set up and take down time within your total booking time to avoid running into overtime charges.

Please note hirers (photographers, film makers, production companies, etc) are required to hold their own valid Public Liability Insurance to cover any accidents, injuries, or losses involving their crew, cast, models, clients, or any other individuals engaged by them.

The location and/or studio accepts no responsibility or liability for any accident, injury, loss, or damage arising from the actions, negligence, or omissions of the hirer or any members of their team, crew, cast, contractors, or clients while using the premises, facilities, or equipment.

By hiring and using any of our studios or locations, the hirer accepts full responsibility and financial liability for any damage caused to the property, fixtures, fittings, or equipment by themselves or any person under their instruction, supervision, or control.

By accepting a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and accept full Responsibility for Damage.

 Deposits are non-refundable.

All Location hire is for our studio spaces only and not surrounding areas.

Any breakages or damage to the location/equipment, must be reported at the end of your booking.  Breakages or damage to location/furnishings will be charged to the client, and will not be covered by Espero Studio.  The person booking is responsible the full cost of any damages.

Booking a Studio hire session will be considered confirmation that you have read and accepted the T&Cs.
